so it has been 4 days since the incident. what can i do? does anyone have a spare gpu that they could kindly give to a game deprived gamer?

tried it and it has not worked. i dont know what to do. i cant play games at all and i cant get another graphics card until november...

Okay, this morning i opened up my gtx750ti to replace the thermal paste and i had run out of isopropyl alcohol, so as stupid as i am i decided to use mouthwash (which contained alcohol) and it worked. i cleaned the heatsink with ease, and then when i tried the video card, a little dripped on the acctual body and i dabbed it off. i then put it in my pc, after waiting 30mins to see static distortion on the screen and my resolution has been permanently set to 800-600. 4 hours after the insident the computer allows me to log in and now in the device menu my gpu has a yellow exclamation mark saying, "windows has found a problem with this device." so now i believe i am currently using my integrated graphics and not my actual gpu. HELP PLZ specs: amd 860k gtx 750ti 8gb ram
