Ok, do you think making a rack out of eia rails work ok? Im worries that 3/4 ply is not enought to hold my rails. I will fill the rack with about 100lbs of stuff, do you think 3/4 ply can hold that?

Hello, everyone! Im making a Cabinet to hold a entertainment system. It will hold a PC a video switch, a ups, cable box, and maybe a dvd player? The cabinet currently has absolutely no vent holes. I wanted to drill holes in bottom to intake 3 120mm fans for pc and 1 120mm intake on side for dvd player and cable box and two 120mm exhaust fans on top. What im worried about is my pc pulls 3 120mm fans intake so I want to match the intake into the cabinet but there is only room for 2 exhaust fans at top because of how cabinet is made. Will 4 intake and 2 Exhaust fans be too extreme positive pressure? I want my computer to have plenty of air flow but can only have 2 exhaust fans. Will this put too much pressure on the fans making them wear out? Will cutting air vents on top for the air to escape help? Please help not sure what to do. Also I wantto use super quiet fans (Thinking noctua) What would you recommend static pressure, or airflow?

Hello, I have a desk that has a large cabinet on the side with a opening 24" high and 20" wide. I would like to mount one of my Servers in there with some other things. I want it to my 14u high I know this is 24.5" tall but the cabinet is 26" tall past the opening. But I can't find any server racks that are only 20" wide enclosure. So does anyone know of a rack that will fit? Or possible ideas for a diy rack in there using rack rails? And if so how far apart do I need to rails to be on their outside? is it 20"? Or would I have to shim them? Please help! thank you!
