video color settings were set to using video player settings..

never noticed steam having that before... and no, but I did reset the 3d settings trying to fix this. only thing I changed back was Vsync because I need it.. I can look. how would they be mismatched?

I recently noticed my screen was banding on gradients such as in steam and recently terraria. the weird thing is this banding isn't my display. it can be seen on my stream, and in screenshots. anyone got any idea what I should do to fix this? or If I need to just get a replacement, its something I can deal with but is annoying. I have included some screenshots and pictures from my phone. I tried updating my driver and restarting my computer after, no luck. I'm running a gtx 1060 3gb and my monitor is a Samsung C27F398

no no I was meaning where the setting is, it was in a 3d tab.

where is that? my panel is oddly limited in options wait I found it in 3d settings
