Yes! I noticed! I rarely use the right shift key. And I frequently use the arrow keys while editing documents and scrolling through menus and websites. Yet they decided to sacrifice the arrow key size to make the right shift key bigger!

I have noticed that all laptop manufacturer's are changing their keyboard layout to make the arrow keys smaller. I want to know why are they doing this? Is there some science behind this? I find it ugly and there are gaps above the left and right arrow keys, and it is irritating that every laptop manufacturer is adopting this. What is the benefit of it? (I tried searching online but couldn't find any reason. I am in the market for a new laptop but not buying any because of the small arrow keys)
