  1. You think it's best to wait for custom cards?
  2. It does. But because off mining the prices aren't going to be much lower than the reference once. and a gtx 1080 or 1070 ti is better than a vega 56.
  3. Vega 56 is 30 euros more, i think it's better to get with gtx 1070 ti / 1080 then. A korean monitor, Crossover 3412UM AHIPS
  4. I've choose the monitor so i have it for a long time. The gtx 1080 ti is out of the picture, it's around 200 euros more. When it come to that it's more a question that i will not, spent that much on a gpu. The monitor btw was around 470 eur. the prices for the gtx 1070 ti is a deal because of single's day (apparently a big thing i china which deiced to come to Denmark). Either model is 70 eur off the normal price. the 1080 (Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Windforce OC) is 40 euros more than the 1070 ti.
  5. Hi, I've just bought a 21:9 1440p 100 hz monitor, but the GPU i have is only 1060 6 GB should i upgrading to the new 1070 ti? I have a friend who will buy my 1060 for around 240 EUR. I can buy the new 1070 ti, evga SC, for 470 eur, or the 1070 ti asus turbo/msi areo for 430 eur. Should i make the upgrade? can't decide if it's wroth it...
  6. I thought that was the case. i'll wait a couple off month more, or try change the mobo in the new year if there is still problems..
  7. Hi, I'm running in to some troubles with overclocking my Ryzen 1600, and med G.skill trident z 16 gb 3000 mhz ram. I can get my cpu at 3.75@1.325v with no problems (3.8 requires 1.425v...) and get my ram at 3000 mhz @ 1.36v. But nearly after every shutdown my PC won't boot and after 3 times (what i set ram test too) the ram resets to 2133 mhz, and i have to go into the bios and restart the PC again @ 3000 mhz. and the PC will then boot. I have tried setting the spped to 2800, and i get the same results. I am now testing at 2667 mhz. After the boot tho, the cpu is only at 3.4 ghz in windows, without having change it in the bios. I can then reboot into the bios out, see the cpu is set to 3.75 and then reboot and i got my ram speed at 3000 or 2800 (depends what is set it to) and my cpu at 3.75. To summaries: Wont boot -> ram at 2133 -> bios ram at 3000 -> reboot -> in windows cpu at 3.4 -> reboot into bios -> cpu at 3.75 in bios -> reboot into windows -> all is now good. Can anyone help me what to do here? do i have a maybe have a faulty motherboard? My temps are fine and when booted the system runs fine both in normal use, and synthetics like aida64 (4h test) I have a MSI b350m arctic motar with the lates bios Any ideas?
  8. Okay, i'll think i'll go for that instead then. EVGA is in the EU market, but there aren't that many and they are more pricey than the Seasonic (try look the model up you were thinking about at amazon.de or caseking.de). I'll see if i can source a RX 580 8 GB or i'll go for the 1060 6 GB.
  9. Hmm i see what you mean - but i'm not going atx, i picked the case and motherboard for a reason (didn't clarify, my bad). And because of the case i need some fans, because the case dosn't come with any.. But maybe 4 is overkill... But the problem is the RX 580 it isn't in stock no matter where i look... I'll change my storage, i think i have a HDD a home but nice to have it included. The corsair Vengeance is a tier 1 PSU and the one you listed it more expensive and a tier 2, why ? As for others saying GTX 1070, the cheapest in DE/DK is 390 € a fully 140 € more than 1060 and 100 € more than RX 580 - so that is not going to happen unfortunately..
  10. Hey Community! I'm doing a build, and it's been a long time since i've done i last! (6+ years) so i wanna hear what you think or my picks. I'm based in DK and will be shopping here and in germany (amazon.de and caseking.de) so prices is from there. I'm not sure about the graphics card, but i can't find any fairly priced AMD in stock. I have a budget around 1000 €. I'm going to use it to both play AAA titles (GTA etc.) and Dota, CS: GO etc. and some productivity (foto + video edit), all in 1080p. When looking at amazon.de prices i need to add 5% for extra taxes in denmark (DK law...) Parts: CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 (225 € @amazon) CPU Cooler: stock with ryzen 1600Motherboard: MSI B350M MORTAR ARCTIC (105 € @computersalg.dk)Memory: G.Skill TridentZ RGB 3000 16 gb (165 € @amazon)Storage: Kingston SSDNow V300 240 gb (100 € @computersalg.dk)Video Card: Zotac GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB (256 € @amazon)Case: IN win 301 (85 € @caseking.de only shop in EU that have that)Power Supply: Vengeance Series V650M (70 € @caseking.de) Fans: 4 x Parvum Systems F1.0 PWM-Lüfter, 120mm (10 € x 4 @caseking.de) and ofc some RGB strips Total: ~1046 € (as said around 1000 € ) Any Comments?
