The monitor? Yeah I think it is the imac sized one, it's 27" with 1440p so I really want to be able to get it to work

After googling I've found mentions of an MSI thunderbolt plus card, but I can't find anywhere to buy it. Do you have any idea of something like that? And if worst comes to worst I will likely end up selling the monitor.

I bought an ASRock pcie thunderbolt card to try to get my 2011 apple monitor that uses thunderbolt 1 to work with my pc, but when i plugged everything in and turned it on it still doesn't work. I've made sure the power is connected, the displayport cord is plugged into my gpu and the card, but it doesn't even look like the monitor is on. Is it even possible to get a thunderbolt display to work with a pc? This was more of a test to see if it would work for the computer I'm building, because I have the monitor so I want to use it if possible.
