    Thanks deXxterlab97, After Conversion to a Dynamic Disk, I wasn't able to TRIM my SSD natively using Windows Optimize Drives (Optimisation Not Available). To resolve this, I had to reinstall windows and reformat the entire disk during the install process.

    I am not sure if I should convert my Existing Basic Disk to a Dynamic due to these various reasons: 1) Will my SAMSUNG 850 EVO SSD have any Performance Improvements when I Convert to Dynamic 2) What other Benefits will I get by converting to Dynamic 3) Are there any Downsides to Dynamic Disks?
