OK; _; Not saying I love spinner but it's worth a shot

I'd love you to do this try cooling stuff inside a PC using a fidget spinner (of course using fan blades) like CPU, case, Gpu etc etc

I decided to check the same with msg5 And still was getting 60 on every setting low or high I just did

Gpu are supposed for Be at 99 usage

Mv I did get good fps before on high settings Gtx 750ti can handle gta fairly well It's weird to get such framerate

Few days back I reinstalled gta 5 on my PC after a year or so I wasn't getting the same amount of performance out of it as I couldn't even touch 60 on lowest setting So today I reinstalled my Gpu drivers (latest) I was getting 60 FPS on every setting wether low or high Then I was getting frame drops to 30 fps often on every setting Gpu usage and CPU usage seem to be normal Gpu-99% CPU -60-70% Ram-7gb out of 8 I believe this has something to do with my gpu or cpu Specs I7 2600k 3.4ghz Dh67bl Intel mobo 8gb ddr3 1600mhz corsair vengeance Gtx 750ti 550w psu

Performance in csgo hasn't dropped a bit off since the beginning

I run csgo fairly well which is a CPU based game usage is at about 40 in csgo

I recently Changed my mobo cus older One died so another PC guy changed it for me and I don't think he applied a thermal paste BTW last I applied the paste was 1 yr ago
