I found the problem my cpu fan was plugged in to cpu opt and mb thought I had no cooling I guess boot would save fine but asus mb auto goes to error screen first before boot thanks for help.

Also forgot to put I have a Asus Rog hero X and i7 8700k

I have a new PC just build install windows 10 but in bios have two opinions windows 10 manger or 860 evo ssd no matter what order I put it in when I hit F10 and when I exit it says no changes have been made? the only why I can get into windows in go to boot menu and boot to windows 10 boot manger I don't know wtf to do help please.
