    Hi Recently installed another gpu. On Windows nothing is wrong, works fine. But the problem is when I startup the pc, the fan runs very speedy and this for few seconds until it reaches the windows Screen. What may be the cause ? is there anywhere where you set the fan speed at startup ? Thx

    I know the paste doesn't go on the bottom but i remember my there was paste on my hands when i remove it so i may have touched its back

    Now we're talking about it. Could it be thermal paste ? cuz when i removed it I noticed it was badly installed and the paste was spreading everywhere

    Hello Recently replaced an i3 3220 with an i5 of same socket. PC is running fine. But I noticed some strange burnt-like mark in the back of the cpu. See pics (Zoom out to see it clearly) The motherboard is a msi z77a-g45 and the i3 was working fine before i remove it. What are those marks ? does it affect the performance or anything else ? Will the same thing happen to the i5 if it's related to the motherboard socket ? Thanks
