So i been having issues with sleep it started a few months ago even in windows 10. After a BIOS update for my board but the reason i was updating was i was having bluetooth issues a while back and talking with the company for months till and keep in mind this is a replacement board as well so i already sent the other one back so i don't think its the board. i think they have alot of things messed up LOL but back to the sleep issue sometimes it works and sometimes it don't. running windows on this chrome book wouldn't work at all due to space i think its either 10 or 16 gbs of space lol and i think the ram amount would also be to low for it to run okay but some how a long time ago i was able to update passed the out of date point where it was telling me no longer supported and some how i got to this last up date but thats far as i can go and things are going out of date like some websites wont work with this and now its hulu but i forget the update i had when i first got this laptop i got it half a year ago from a friend i fixed it up got a charger and replaced the dead battery but some how i got to this last update that i could get same update for a while now lol

plus a lot of things wont work now because my chromebook is out of date

my bad i mean there is a lot of reason why i wanna upgrade to something else windows is not a option cause of the storage that comes with this and i don't think it would run good lol i would wann ause like linux or cloud ready or some other software they have out there 2 things i looked at https://galliumos.org https://www.neverware.com/

So i seen alot of OS out there cloudready and linux but i tried both and failed to get it installed commands dont work nothing works and im not good at coding or anything only building computers and knowing a bit around windows but chrome i don't know anything lol but the reason i wanna fix this cause its a good laptop just stuff is being unsupported i can't even watch hulu on here anymore through the web sit of hulu but if anyone can help me out i will be so thankful i got a tooth ache so its hard for me to to sit here and explain more clear and list all the things i did

it is out of date i can't get it

So i been using it for a while now Windows Photos. to import my iphone pictures to my windows but now its not working no matter what cord i use. and not sure about any other way to get them on my PC i don't use icloud.

i don't understand i set the screen to 60hz in windows and then go in game and it still does it so then i limit the frames and then the screentearing is worse i don't understand lol

well don't seem like my cpu or gpu is being maxed or used by a other software now even if i use 60hz and 60fps i still get screen tearing unless i use v sync but i am wondering if my TV i can't see the quick stutter due to the respond timing but it could be the games i play

it does stutter less if i set all games to 60hz and 60fps with v sync is the best option but it still seems to stutter even though i limit it and i tried 75Hz as well and its worse then 60hz lol for some reason i don't understand but yes i tried 120hz i tried from 165hz all the way to 60hz and even 59hz

yeah i have limit stuff running i think all of the years building computers you wont get far with a bad made game unless you have like the lastest hardware in 2021 lol but that cost alot of money witch i find a waste cause it only last a few years

do you think im maxing out ? a 650 lol

i have a display port i tried 1.2 and .1.4 or 1.3 i forget witch one i have in now and i tried HDMI but this is confusing it could just be the game plus if it was not the game gta 5 wouldn't play good or star wars battle front 2 or 1

i didn't think it would bottle neck with my cpu lol although idk how high i can OC my gpu plus idk i never messed with it before

did that too lol i was told my gpu was hitting its limit oh and i forgot one other game thats worse mafia 3 lol no matter what setting that game is so bad they made the performace so bad but i was told i was hitting my limit with my hardware and im like huh ? lol its not at 100 or near 100% there is no way im hitting my limit

either way bios update didn't fix my issues in this game or the other game lol it could be game related lol also gigabyte boards suck with bluetooth it was a pain to deal with lucky the first bios that came with the board works fine with bluetooth

well i tried to talk to them but they keep telling me its me or they dont give out hardware info lol like i was not asking for that lol

plus i am not able to use the last bios update for this board i did use it for a week or so and still the same issue this is a brand new board the thing is bluetooth was acting weird with newer bios and i got a replacement and still did it so last time i buy from gigabyte lol but other then that it works

everything is stock expet the ram is XMP auto 3200 and i had other ram as well in the past so its not ram or CPU lol cause i had a ryzen 5 1600 a few months ago and its the same thing and i had a gtx 1060 a while ago and now everything is rebuilt brand new everything is new in the case

i have to use V sync only cause if i don't non of my games will run smoother its worse with v sync off and i tried freesync as well and i notice i have a 165hz display i had to lock it at 60hz in most of my games due to it don't like higher then 60 and it will stutter alot more and i reinstalled it alot and the other day and i have no mods so like this game and farming sim 2019 game run like crap same as you see in the video but rest of my games like the AAA games run good

yes the stutter is the same timing and same amount and it used to be worse with cars but its the same amount with AI cars or with out AI cars still occurs now gta 5 runs perfect so i don't think its my hardware
