  1. I have recently buy new components and only reusing my rx 480 from the previous build and the problem still persist, and now i even have inspiegable microstuttering in every games i play, the only solution that resolve most of the shimmering and texture flickering is Temporal Antialiasing. My new computer: Ryzen 1600 MSI mortar b350m 8 GB RAM 3200mhz 4x2 Evga b3 550w SSD SATA m.2.
  2. Guys the issue is probably that my outlet is not grounded but why only My new computer have this problem? Maybe is cause i have a microatx case and the problem is more likely to happen and have this many issue? Also i think that my CPU or motherboard is going bad... cause the issues is getting worse and worse . Also my First motherboard was also Dead for some reason with the same symphtom as now. @Energycore
  3. bump update: msi graph also this time i noticed the frame rate was cut at half literally from 60 to 30 for about 10 seconds The first is frametime and the second gpu utilization
  4. Update: i solved most of the stutter with the crimson relive drivers like day and night in ac origin but still some frametimes issue but anyway much better than unplayable stuttering mess, in fortnite i get some microstutter but not bad as before and games like bf3 and bfbc2 don't stutter anymore so is a software issue with amd cpu and my rx 480 as in my cousin intel i5 4xxx build with my rx 480 and last adrenalin driver work without any issue (and i tryed almost all adrenalin driver in my new build) later i'll try the last bios of my mb maybe i fix the problem at all Update 2: Ok guys i'm totally lost games are still microstuttering but is strange now i have installed the last driver and now i got the same performance as the previous crimsom relive driver i don't know why, also today my new ssd arrived but anyway it won't solve my problem even i got some hope, i installed windows 1703 creator the latest driver and the last mb bios but i still got the same microstuttering and frame time bouncing around despite 60 lock fps (in some case a big stutter can cause to go down 60) . I changed the cpu and the mobo also i don't think my ram is faulty as back then i tested the ram with memtest 28 pass anyway is worth say that the ram are not in the compatibility list but i don't think that matter, the psu should cause more drastic sympthom i think? the video card is 100% working and for the software i reinstalled windows and the drivers so many times that i lost the count...
  5. New cpu and same stutter.... i really don't know what can cause this maybe is a power related problem ? but my cousin pc in the same power surge protector have no stutter
  6. Ok i tryed some games at stock cpu and the stutter is still there fortnite stutter the most but i notice more stutter in the biggest city with cpu usage around 40 50% bad company 2 stutter on multiplayer but is almost gone in singleplayer Kingdom come deliverance stutter almost as fortnite and sometime while testing games after some big stutter it looks like is about to freeze or crash. Right now i asked for cpu rma and i should get a new one in this week or the next one
  7. Ok i'm a bit loss too i'm trying to troubleshoot for months...
  8. yea at 3,7ghz 1,250v 1.100v vsoc and i tested the stability with intel burn test
  9. I tryed just now the superposition benchmark without stutter , for a game test i need to redownload a game, but that's strange maybe it happen only when the cpu and gpu are used more intensively
  10. Ok there is the cinebench score and from that i think the result is pretty good
  11. Ok thanks for the help ,now i try downloading Heaven and upload the result of cinebench It May take a while with my 13 MB adsl
  12. Now i'm in a fresh install of win 10 with only video, chipset, and mobo driver installed and before i did many try with ddu and older drivers
  13. I checked the smart status with crystal disk info That's not my big problem at the moment i don't know why i stutter in games
  14. Hi First my build is: B350m mortar 1.0.0.6 agesa update Ryzen 1600 3.7ghz 1.250v vsoc 1.1v G skill 2933mhz c16 8gb Rx 480 gaming x 8 GB stock Hdd 1 TB Toshiba evga B3 550w full modular. In practice my PC boot time is slow about 1 min 25 second but this not my biggest problem as i don't care too Much If the rest play well, but i noticed stutter in every game i play from lol to triple A games this is what i tryed: Windows fresh install installing all drivers from AMD and MSI without network (i did this many times with different version) but everytime i have to format My second partition (because Windows don't recognize it) already made in Windows installation idk why, Memtest overnight 28 pass, swap video card,i tryed my cousin hdd as secondary but still stutter,Intel burn test 20 pass, Checked all Temps while playing 50° CPU and 50° GPU with custom fan profile, and i try another psu with no success. I used to play with my old 2500k and a 5900rpm with no stutter btw The only thing i notice when the game stutter GPU utilization Jump down to 50% or 0% for some reason(big stutter) I Hope you guys can help me figured out the problem.
