Hey guys, I want to change my stock fan that came with my case (Corsair Carbide 400C) by 2 be quiet Silentwings 3 PWM. However, I was wondering what type of fans I actually should get for front fans with a dust filter? Static or Airflow? Also that fan makes a lot of noise only with the dust filter on, when I remove it it's pretty quiet. Is it normal? Thanks in advance
