  1. So I downloaded this Excel thingy that generates reports for my students. I modified the file around to adjust it for myself. The funny thing is that the program stopped working properly for some reason even though I didn't touch the code. I was hoping you could help me out. I modified some stuff in excel, but I don't see anything that is interfering with the code. The modified one is the one with all the mexican names. ¡VIVA MÉXICO! 2. Thank you so much for your replies! Loved both your advice AND explanations. This community is awesome.
  3. Hello! Looking to buy a mixer, or a device (foreign in terminology), to use my Tascam-80 http://tascam.com/product/tm-80/ on my laptop computer. Previously used a Yamaha Emx because I had access to one for free but it is no longer an option. Looking to get the best quality/price ratio. The consender microphone will be used for recording voiceover, it requires phantom power. Don't mind buying used.
  4. Excellent, I was worried that the 3.5mm plug could be a problem. I'll definitely get into audition. Thank you dude.
  5. Here are two because I love you. They're in spanish, hope that's ok. Voice Over_9.wav Voice Over_67.wav
  6. 32 bit float. I've been recording directly from premiere.
  7. I'm not sure if im answering your question here. 48,000 HZ. I'm a noob.
  8. I've got a condenser microphone with a XLR cable. Currently, I use an Emx512sc to phantom power it. From it, I send the audio to my laptop through an rca to 3.5mm plug cable (laptop line in), via the "rec out" module in the mixer. The question goes: Will I get better audio quality from an usb interface that goes directly into the laptop? Microphone is a Tascam TM-80. I'm wondering if my weird setup is bottlenecking the quality. Also, what other features would I get from a dedicated interface? Thanks to you all.
