I checked today so I could see what happened I realised the switch was different from what it was before it blew up

Hi about a month ago my PSU's voltage switch got changed (I don't know how, I just saw that it was switched earlier today) and then the psu made a loud pop noise and the PC turned off. I was wondering if maybe I switch it back to the correct voltage will that voltage work, if not is there a way to repair it easily. there is nothing wrong with the rest of the PC its just the PSU.

the screenshots aren't working at the moment so I'll fix that but it usually ends up at around 36%

I already tried that

I need to some how lower the usage of my 16gb ram stick so what would be the best way to do that
