What would benefit me more ingame I think i can probably encode with my gpu instead of cpu

The main reason why im upgrading is that i wanna stream, and when i streamed before i couldnt feel the fps drops to 100 cause i had a 60hz monitor, now that i have an 144hz monitor i can feel it and it makes it unplayable for me I mainly play overwatch and people have told me cpu and ram matter a lot for it

I have a 1060 6gb right now and i would say that is probably enough. Most people tell me its my older CPU and my slow RAM thats the issue.

I currently have an i7 4770, 16GB DDR3 and a 1060 6gb I want to be able to stream with a consistent fps above 144 since i have an 144hz monitor which currently, my pc does not do. My CPU is also regularly at 100% and my pc also decides to slow down or do some glitchy things sometimes. I was recommended a ryzen 7 2700 + 16gb ddr4 and i was wondering if this would help me with my issues. My budget is around 200-300 GBP Thanks in advance.

I just checked and the games fine, but applications like slobs and the minecraft launcher still get blurry text

So I have the Corsair Void which I heard tries to simulate dolby 7.1 surround sound. Whenever i stream or record something, people tell me that it sounds echoey and i think it is due to the headset trying to simulate the surround sound (Twitch vod for example) . (Skip to 7:20 if you wanna hear it without watching through) I wanted to know if there was anyway i could fix it so it sounds normal. Thanks in advance.

So i have been looking for a new mechanical keyboard and i started to look into the ones by ducky. I really liked the way they looked with the clean keycaps. I use it to connect my pc via ethernet. Since the beginning of the week browsing and gaming on my pc has been impossible as i can't even have a stable connection for more than 1 to 2 minutes. This is only happening when i am connected to the extender, not the original network. Has this happened to anyone and does anyone know a fix to this? Thank you in advance.
