They used to spin but now they don't. BTW i played crisis 3 on max graphics so I don't think not enough warmth was the problem

I built a new PC with a gtx 1060 and while it was working at first today it stopped for some reason. I checked it and my PC was using an intel hd 630 instead of my 1060. I tried entering nvidia control panel but I coulden't because my computer didn't recognise any nvidia made hardware. I tried to update it in the device manager. I disabled the intel hd in the device manager but it was just replaced with a microsoft basic display driver. I tried to change it in the setting, everywhere, but just didn't find a way to do it. I have know idea what to do. note that the GPU's lights still work and everything is connected.

I'v never built a PC before and I wanted to try it. My budget is around 1000$. This is not supposed to be for VR or something, but i expect it to be a good gaming PC. This is what I came up with... Case - Thermaltake Versa N25 Motherboard - Asus Prime B250M CPU - Intel Core I7 7700tray GPU - Nvidia geforce GTX 1060 Power Supply - Coolermaster B700W RAM - DDR4 Corsair Vengence SSD - Western Digital WDS250G1BOA Is this good? Where can i upgrade this computer without going overbudget?
