Why is my internal hard drive clicking and inaccessable? My toshiba 2tb hard drive (goo.gl/77pu6A) isnt accessable from my pc and is making a clicking noise. this drive contains very important backups from years ago i need all this data what do i do???

they are in the right slots, when i take one out to see if it is a faulty ram stick the system doesn't boot

hi, last wednesday i build my new editing pc (specs below) and in my windows system is says only 8gb of RAM (i purchased 16gb) and even in my bios its says the same. I need this RAM to be avalible as i edit videos regularly. Please help! Specs: i7-6700k 16GB DDR4 RAM (only 8 showing) MSI Geforce GTX 1060 Gigabyte Motherboard 700W Power Supply
