  1. I can't answer a lot of those questions, but I can answer 1. G-Sync already stops screen tearing and the sort. Prior to an Nividia update, disabling V-Sync started to create screen tearing like a normal monitor would. I think you should try both G-Sync and V-Sync enabled, then try G-Sync enabled and V-Sync disabled. See what works for you.

This is my first time posting on the LinusTechTips forum and my question(probably a question that either someone already answered) is What High-end gaming mice work greatly at low sensitivities, and is there a way to know which mice are suited for those low sensitivities? For your troubles, here's a sweet stock picture of a dog using a mouse.
