  1. Is there anyway to get the audio from a TV, Channels and Stream apps like D+/Hulu/etc..., to run through a GOXLR so i can hear the sound from my PC headphones? Yesterday I just added a 4k TV as a 5th monitor to my PC setup to play more relaxed games that require a controller, and it works great so far. I still want to use the TV as a TV though but need to be able to use headphones with it. Would running anything from the Tv Through my GOXLR solve this issue? TV = 55un6955zuf
  2. Monitor Test worked running it through mobo. thanks for the help everyone. hoping to get TV this weekend and set it all up.
  3. thanks for the tip. Ill check it out tomorrow and do more testing with a newer monitor before i get the TV as its really late for me. Appreciate the help from both of you. its gonna be really sweet if i can pull this off. very excited.
  4. VGA to HDMI... its an really old monitor lol. one of my family members has a much newer monitor i can use after they are done working on it tomorrow evening.
  5. The old monitor is using an adapter, that was hooked up to the 3090. and one of my current 1080p monitors was hooked up to the iGPU which worked great.
  6. @jaslion@_Omega_I have connected an old junky monitor to the GPU and took one of my current monitors to the mobo (mobo is displayport only). mobo monitor is working fine but older monitor is not displaying image. older monitor was displaying image earlier when it was plugged into GPU and i shut one of the other monitors off. i can try this again tomorrow with a newer monitor but it will have to wait. as of now i dont think its working.
  7. I have a spare monitor ill grab it and see if anything funky happens when running it from the CPU. Still cant beleive Nvidia locks higher end cards down like that.
  8. Thats not a terrible idea, cant believe i didnt think of it. Would the CPU be able to push the 1440p one? That monitor is solely used for web pages, music, videos, etc.. i think the most intense program that monitor has seen has been OBS. The 1080p monitors are used for Adobe CC Suite products and id prefer to view those from the GPU.
  9. Is there any possible way to get a 5th monitor working on an Nvidia GPU? I want to add a TV to my PC to view shows on Netflix/D+/Hulu/Etc... but also to play games that require a controller from my bed. Current Monitors: 3 x 1920x1080p @ 240hz, 24.5' - 16:9 1 x 2560x1440p @ 60hz, 24.5' - 16:9 I want to add: 1 x 3840x2160p @ 120hz, 55' TV - 16:9 PC Specs: i9 - 12900K 3090 w/t 6 video ports 32GB DDR5 I have a 3090 and want it to run a 5th monitor. Considering most of my monitors are 1080p I don't think adding a single 4k would be too much for the system to run. I currently only use a single 1080p monitor for gaming, i have no desire to stretch games across multiple screens. If this set up were to work, a game (such as the upcoming Spider-Man PC port) would be running on the TV and the desktop would mostly be empty except for discord and maybe Spotify. I understand a console would solve this issue but I don't necessarily need one plus a single 4K TV (at my local microcenter) is cheaper than a 4K TV and a console.
  10. It'd just make things easier personally. I've used my streamdeck in the past 48hrs more than I've used my phone, just not sure id ever touch a remote.
  11. Hello, I am wondering if there is a ceiling light out there that is able to be controlled via an elgato streamdeck? I came across this thing called a switch bot (https://www.amazon.com/SwitchBot-switch-button-controlled-compatible/dp/B07B7NXV4R/) that can turn on and off lights via an app and/or something called IFTTT. Im not really sure what IFTTT is but I think it may be able to be controlled via a streamdeck from the little I could figure out about it. Got to thinking that a smart light might be better but I have no idea what I am looking for or if what I want to do it possible with a ceiling light and would appreciate any help or advice. Just lookin for a nice bright ceiling light i can turn on and off with a streamdeck and possibly also set it up to turn on/off at certain times. RGB would be cool but not necessary. I was looking into phillips hue but they seem to only have actual lightbulbs, i currently have this thinner LED light lighting my room now and am trying to find something similar to that. Any help or better understanding of this task is appreciated.
  12. I just upgraded my PC's case and fans (10 corsair QL Fans). When the internal USB2.0 hub is plugged in and I attempt to shut the system off the fans just start rapidly blinking with a strobe light effect. When the hub is still plugged in and I attempt to turn the system on nothing happens, cant boot to bios or anything, just a black screen. When the USB2.0 hub is not plugged in the PC and all lights turn off normally, and it turns on perfectly fine as well. When my PC is fully running and I plug in the USB2.0 hub after I turn the PC on everything works perfectly. Is there any way to fix this issue? some of my friends say getting a commander pro from corsair says it will fix the problem but I dont see how. windows 10 version 1809 BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. I would really like to be able to put on my front case panel lol.
