Router was already on WPA-2. Set a static IP, now says "Ethernet Unidentified network No internet"

alright i'm gonna backup and reinstall.

also it detects perfectly fine but says "No internet" or gives me a ip starting in 169

It all worked before I downgraded my windows 10, i'm gonna try to boot up a linux usb and see if that works.

Tried that too... Both ethernet cables work on different systems, router reset useless.

Tried those, specifically the realtek lan ones.

Nothing for wireless, i'm using ethernet (on the PC) my other devices on the network (Using wireless) work though.

Hey everyone, I was working on fixing another issue so I restored a earlier version of windows 10 to my PC, the issue is fixed but now my ethernet is completely broken, I've tried all the netsh and ipconfig commands and no dice. Anyone know a fix? Whoever gives me a working solution will receive the bounty!
