    I'm using Asus Z170-A motherboard with 6700K before i reinstall the windows the clock speed is able to get 4.6 right now i'm not sure is it right or wrong in the task manager the max speed is ""4.01"" what does it mean 4.01?? how can I make it to 4.00?? it was 4.00 before i reinstall the windows

    can i use the nail polish remover for clean the old thermal paste that on the cpu and the gpu?? My laptop is 3y old so im thinking to replace the thermal paste(it gets high temp while web browsing) ??nail polish remover instead the alcohol?? will it damage the surface of cpu??
