i dont want them to affect the performance of the middle monitor which is for gaming

I currently have a 1070 in my system and i was wondering if i already had the correct amount of energy to power a older graphics card which is a 750ti to make that display two different monitors is it possible to do that without sli?

I am building a new computer and deciding if I want to get a new hard drive and windows or to reuse my old hard drive with windows install. Is it possible to reuse the hard drive with the os system in it on a new build?
