I have figured out that when i plug the HDMI in the second port which puts out 4k at 60hz it flickers. When I plug it in the first port which does 4k at 30HZ it's fine. What could be causing this issue?

I tried that, now when i'm reinstalling my driver its giving me a "1603 error" and when i view the log it's failing to install HDMI audio driver and AMD display driver?

Hi, I just switched to the Samsung UE590 4k display. I am using the Radeon (TM) RX 480 Graphics strix 8GB GPU. However, with this new monitor i keep getting a blinking black screen. Like I changed some sort of display setting and the screen would go black in order to apply those settings. It keep happening randomly and won't stop. I have changed the HDMI cables and tried a few different settings but I am not able to figure this out. PLEASE HELP!

Hey guys, I am definitely new to this forum and relatively new to PC building. However, I really want to build a PC for myself for gaming and normal use. I have a list of parts that I picked out for this build. I just wanted to share it with everyone to see what the more experienced people think about it.
