Any idea on whether I'll have to do a fresh install of windows 10 pro upgrading cpu and motherboard

My current setup is CPU - Core I3-8100 GPU - RX6600 RAM - 32 GB Corsair DDR4 3200 Monitor - Asus 1080p 60 hz Storage - 1 TB Crucial P3 NVMe Motherboard - Gigabyte B360M DS3H LGA 1151 socket I plan to upgrade here in a week or so I know my cpu is old as well as monitor is crazy old, i picked up rx 6600 from a friend of mines in 2022 for $70, i only play call of duty 90% of the time. My question is should I just upgrade cpu to a 9th gen intel or is it worth it to upgrade cpu & motherboard along with ram to ddr5 and yes I am upgrading monitor to a 240 hz 1440p

Would a 100 Mbps download speed and 3 mbps upload with 300 GB of data a month be enough to online game as well as use netflix for tv ?

Is an SSD truly worth the upgrade over an HDD i know its faster of course but do they last longer than HDD or SSHD

Well, could that card run on the turb for 2 weeks and then I upgrade PSU

Great so Gtx 1060 3GB card it is and would my current PSU be good enough to run the card, 430W PSU

Would the 1060 3Gb last for a while a year or so
