I have an HP omen laptop (the 2014 metal edgy one with a 960m) Recently, I tried upgrading the SSD to a brand new 1TB Intel 600p. I then installed Windows 10 on it (Installer recognized it and everything, no problems)
However, it refuses to boot from the SSD and says that there's no OS installed. I've tried updating the UEFI firmware, enabled legacy boot mode, disabled secure boot, reinstalled Windows multiple times, and the same problem persists.
Logically, this thing would happen if there's no bootloader, but I put the exact same drive into my desktop and it booted up just fine. Therefore, that can't be the problem and I must be missing something I don't know about.
Any help is appreciated
