  1. So a few weeks ago I bought a new motherboard due to my old z68 board requiring 1.37 for 4.5 on a 2500k this board requires 1.33 for the same thing but back on topic, sometimes when I turn on my PC the System Powers Up but it is stuck at a hex code that looks like E3 *Its Basically Two E's But One Is Flipped I put 3 Here To do the inverted E* So I get a code that is basically a 8 in the middle of the hex display, no beep codes, only that when I turn on my system besides the fans and etc. turning on. I did buy this with the problem of inconsistent posting but I figured out to fix it was to flip the backup switch let it fix itself then flashed it to the newest version F16j and it worked normally for a week or two and started doing this Almost every day whenever I turn the system on from a cold boot after getting back around 3ish but it doesn't do it afterwards. It also has a problem of whenever I put it into sleep mode after it being a sleep for I think 45~ if you try to turn it back on it doesn't get back to the desktop/login screen but blank screen, any way I can fix this or is this a problem I just need to deal with until I eventually upgrade. if needed the specs are listed below I5 2500K @ 4.5Ghz 1.332V Gigabyte GTX 1060 Xtreme Gaming 6GB @ 1978Mhz Base 2000 to 2125ish MHz Boost Clock 2x8 Crucial Ballistix Sport 1600Mhz DDR3 16Gb Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB Seagate Barracuda 2TB Toshiba TR150 480GB EVGA 750 GQ Semi Modular PSU 80+ Gold Rosewill Viper Z Mid Tower *I hope to replace it soon* Hyper 212 EVO With A Corsair SP120 PWM As a Replacement Fan After the previous one died
  2. I Recently Updated The Old Efi Bios To Uefi Bios Due to the Efi Bios Being A Bit Uncooperative So I Updated From F12 To U1n (Beta) Uefi and its no longer Uncooperative But Has Some Features Removed But That's Besides The Point I Used To Be Able To OC to 4.3Ghz On My 2500K With The Uncooperative Bios But now it will not let me go over 4.2Ghz i can set it to any speed above it and it does show up on the Overclocking Menu Running at that Frequency But in Windows it Never Goes Past 4.2Ghz. Specs: I5-2500K 4.2Ghz (Its Set To 4.4Ghz In The OC Menu) Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-B3 Rev 1.3 16GB Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR3 1600MHz Gigabyte GTX 1060 Xtreme Gaming 6GB 1745/1973 MHz - 8908 MHz EVGA 750 GQ 80+ Gold PSU Toshiba TR150 480GB SSD Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB Seagate Barracuda 2TB

  4. A lot of the time When I Power on my PC it turns on then after about 10 to 30 seconds of nothing on screen just fans spinning etc it turns off and back on a few moments later and starts to post its been happening for a month and I'm wondering what the cause might be and if i need to do anything about it. -----Specs------------------------ I5-2500K @ 4.1Ghz 1.33V Crucial Balistix Sport 2x8GB DDR3 Gigabyte GTX 1060 XTREME Gaming 6GB @ 1745Mhz Core Clock, 1973Mhz Boost Clock, 8908Mhz Memory Clock (That's what the Gigabyte Utility Said it was), +15% GPU Voltage, +12% Power Limit, +2 Temp Limit Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-B3 Motherboard Hyper 212 Evo LED Antec Earthwatts 650W 80+ Bronze (I Think About 5-6 Years Old) Rosewill Viper Z Case, x3 7200RPM HDD, And x2 SSD (One of them is my old OCZ Agility 3 120GB)
