  1. Make sure you have the correct type of RAM. Like in DDR3, the frequency and other things should match. Also, see if it supports DDR3L or normal DDR3.
  2. in ideal situation it is around 40, medium 65-70, all cores at 100% load it reaches 90 sometimes.
  3. So I overclocked my i7 7700K to 4.8 GHz. Now I don't know if should behave like this or not but it is always there at 4.8GHz. Earlier befor overclocking it, it used fluctuate between different frequencies depending on the load. Now it always remains at 4.8GHz. Is it good and if not, how should I change it?
  4. I am looking for a graphics card. Which one will be the best in a range of $170. I am getting a second hand GTX 970 for $180. Is it a good deal?
  5. That helped, after reducing the VCore voltage to 1.25V, the temperature came down to around 80 C. Is that okay or should I reduce it to 1.2V specifically.
  6. What about the offset. How should I change that. I am not able to see that option.
  7. Here is the picture of my BIOS settings. Do these voltages make any sense to you. I am still new so see if they are correct. They are the default values. Also I did stress the CPU using the Stress CPU option in CPU-Z. It gave me a max voltage of 1.284V.
  8. How should I limit the voltage. Is it a option in bios?
  9. I have used RealTemp. It also gives me the same result. I just have one fan in the front, for air intake. I am going to add one more in the back. Hope so that changes a few things.
  10. It does turbo to 4.4 on all cores. Check the screenshots that I just updated.
  11. I am not sure about that. I will paste a screenshot today.
  12. I will post the screenshot later. But I was installing MATLAB which was using all 8 threads equally at around 70%.
