  1. I really loved watching this build. Very intresting to watch how anthony deals with the challenge of a garbage 20$ m-atx case, but this box is gonna cook everything inside and thermal throttling is going to kick in hard, killing the price/performance advantage a 20$ box would give you. A build guide in a cheap case is a nice concept, but it's definitely not good value, and we are not even talking about the long term effects of cooking your components like that.
  2. Microsoft figured people may try that, and often uses the same IP for telemetry and security updates n' stuff, so good luck with that. Before sinking hours in something that probably won't work, you should watch a few videos from barnacules on the subject.
  3. Making high frequency ram work seems easier on the R7 1700x and 1800x. I've heard a few reviewers saying they had problem with the 1700 in that scenario. So if you go for banana frequency ram, and other cooler than the spire from the 1700, I'd go for the 1700x with a bit of overclock. For the storage, I would go for the 850evo over the MX 300 as according to Anandtech, it's much better SSD, But then, depends at what price gap they are you buy them. That is if you don't yolo NVME. Then the samsung 960 pro is a solid choice I guess. Any X370 board will support an overclocked R7, so it's more a question of what you want on your mobo rather than what is the best, but if you have too much money and no braintime avaible, the asus crosshair VI hero has good reviews The G.Skill flareX is ryzen optimized whatever that means. So if you want 3200Mhz ram, go for that, for less problems. I heard it will run with XMP profil out of the box no problem, unlike the ripjaws. 32GB max tho. DDR5 will proly be evented before you need more than that.
  4. Hey! Concerning the worst 1000$ build of all the internet at the moment and your explanation. I was rewatching the video to check if people were really over reacting about it, especially about the "budget" side of things, and heared things like "best way to turn that cash into a gaming computer", "Value optimized guide" in the vid. If that's not selling the vid as a budget build, I don't know what is. I've seen people people in the comment and on the forum asking if they should buy that build, and some probably will just buy it, because they don't know and they trust you. A few month ago, you were telling Wendell you were making video about the 1000$ version of windows or if water cooling would make a room cooler, because many people just didn't know. And here you are knowingly releasing a missleading video to those same people thinking they'll know better? For real? Video would have been fine if all the value aspect was removed tho. I like fire.
