If I unplug all the hard drives then restart the computer it brings me straight to the bios If I try to exit the bios, it just opens back up again or will say "put in a boot drive then hit a key" something like that I exited out of the bios a 3rd time and my screen went black

Soooo I just made my first computer. Yay! Side note; I used a hdd from an old computer with Windows Vista on it So anyway I made the computer and attempted to boot off of a flash drive for Windows 10, but even after I changed the boot order on the Bios it continues to boot off of the old hdd that is wiped and acts as if I still have Windows Vista on it.
