Hello there, I am Jack. I am a teenager from Britian and my currency is pounds (GBP £). I have around £600-650 willing to go slightly over if I HAVE to. I am aiming for 1080p, 60fps gaming. I also want a nice black, blue or white looking system and something that looks nice with cable management. I already have a monitor (1) and keyboard and mouse. My current build; https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/Qsg2Ps Hit me up.

Recommendations for budget build?
Jack Jones replied to Jack Jones's topic in New Builds and Planning
Mmk, the reason I chose an aftermarket cooler is because I like aesthetics and I love doing cable management also the Intel stock cooler is quite loud compared to m9i. -
Hey there, so I am wondering if the forums of Mr.Linus would like to have an input on my budget gaming PC build. My current list I have is on par with £512, but I wouldn't like to go over £530. I am wondering if you, probably more experienced then me, have any input or ideas on what I can do to get more value and still have a nice PC without buying used. Thanks!

Mmk thanks.

Hey there, I need some assistance for my budget build. I am going to get the B250M MORTAR board from MSI, but I do not know nor cannot find the dimensions of the board. My case supports 9.6' x 9.6' and I am wondering if anyone knows this motherboards dimensions. -Thanks, Jack.

Hey all, I am looking for a 'budget' CPU cooler available in the UK. I was looking at the T2 but that is no longer on sale in amazon UK so now I must opt for something different. I need one that is compatible with socket 1151 mother boards as that is what my build will be based on. Thanks!

You would not be able to get much of an OC if you have the version of the card that does not require an external power cable as you would only be able to clock it using 75watts max (motherboard power). If you have a model using a power connector, download a software and go ahead and try with different clock speeds!

Random Shutdown/Crash on idle, PC can't boot after that
Jack Jones replied to brolaugh_'s topic in Troubleshooting
It could be your motherboard, check your capacitors or damaged power pins on the board -
Sorry for not replying, I'll list them soon

1060 stuck at 202 MHZ in Afterburner
Jack Jones replied to volodymyrzuyev's topic in Troubleshooting
Well, I have no clue then. Your PSU is well over powerful to run your system and it could be your GPU it'self. An idea I do have which would be a lengthy process would be to remove that SSD you added and see if performance goes back to normal or not... Sorry... -Jack
