  1. Two days ago I was upgrading my cpu from a ryzen 1300x to 2600 and swapped out my 2x4GB ddr4 3000MHz vengeance for 2x8GB, and it has gone from working perfectly with my old parts and then after the upgrade it booted up and took 2 minutes on the “press f2 or del to enter BIOS” screen, then goes to automatic repair (BIOS still works if I chose to go in), then says it it couldn’t repair. I have an asus prime b350m-e mobo and first time that happened I updated my bios from version 4011 to 4602, but It ended up just booting straight to auto repair again. I replaced my old ram back in and it cut the 2 minutes back to the usual 5 or 10 seconds but the same issue occurred. I put my 1300x back as well and still did the same. Any help would be appreciated ^-^
  2. I have already cloned this ssd twice using EaseUS Todo and once with Macrium Reflect so I’m not sure that will do anything else.
  3. That didn’t work. I do have 2 more cloned drives which I can boot off of to check the log.
  4. I don’t think I have. Although I bought a different (cheaper + worse) ssd before and the cloning process was the same, and it worked.
  5. Just switched the SATA port on the MB and now this has appeared. What should I do from here?
  6. I have just cloned my HDD to my 240 GB Sandisk SSD PLUS. I used macrium reflect and it said it completed successfully. I restarted my PC, and made sure it was the correct boot drive in the bios. Now it starts up with the widows logo and the spinning circle below. It spins twice, then I hear a sound (sounds like a groan) and the screen use goes black. Help would be appreciated a lot.
  7. Do you have any suggestions of good SSDs that are 256gb, around the same price point and that are very good. Thanks for all the help as well
  8. Will this just mean all a a400s are like this. So I should just splash out a bit more on a better ssd?
  9. Just installed my new Kingston SSD, and noticed it isn't as fast as I would have expected, so I ran some tests. UserBenchmark: http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/9623241 (includes all pc parts) SSD: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Kingston-Technology-SA400S37-120G-Solid/dp/B01N5IB20Q/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1531123532&sr=1-1&keywords=kingston&th=1 Cable: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Pack-Cable-Locking-Latch-90-Degree/dp/B01JOL0BE0/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8 Can anyone identify an issue?
  10. My original 60Hz: My 70Hz: I don't really know why the scaling is different when using a different refresh rate? Thanks for the help aswell
  11. I have a 16:10 monitor and I have done this and got it to 70Hz. Unfortunately the screen is stretched, and I can't see the recycle bin (top right) and further right.
  12. So I decided to Overclock my monitor. I saw a few tutorials and in Radeon Settings, I made a few custom resolutions and upped the refresh rate by 5 Hz each time. I restarted my PC, but the new RR isn't showing up in the monitor settings.
  13. I ran cinebench 3 times. It went from 74fps to 71 and lastly 61. Shall I bring it down more?
  14. While I’m playing games, recently my PC has just shut down sometimes. The sound instantly stops and I see “no input” on the screen. My GPU also flashes red and then any colour RGB when it occurs. I have: Gigabyte RX480 4GB Ryzen 1300X 2x 4GB Corsair vengeance 2133 MHz ram I have done an OC on my GPU
