I saw online that the msi gaming app might causing the problem so i uninstalled it , reseted my pc and ran the benchmark. This time both fans started spinning after 60 C and after five minutes benchmarking the temperature didn't got over 65 C. I think that actually the app caused the problem.

Only one fan is spinning . The other doesn't spin at all. I just did some digging and found out that many people have this issue. There are some solutionts but i haven't tried anything yet because it doen't seem like anyone is completly sure about them.

I recently bought a msi gtx 1060 6g gaming x graphics card. While gaming only one ,of the 2 fans, is spinning at a high speed so after some time it gets loud. I don't know if it's a faulty graphics card or it just needs some specific regulation. Thanks!

I'm about to built a new gaming pc and i don't know which rx 480 is the best for my money.The options i'm looking to is XFX Radeon RX480 8GB GTR True OC Triple X Edition ( 264,50 € or 292.07 $ ) and MSI Radeon RX 480 4GB Gaming X ( 250,93 € or 277.09 $ ). Any other option , i'm not consider of , is welcome.
