So, I have been playing CSGO from 3 months, using the same Data Plan and same PC. It ran okay (although it's a potato but playable) but, from 3-4 days it's lagging too much. I am Getting High Ping and Var (See attached screen-shot) and in result missing shots and feeling miserable (not because of completely toxic-free CSGO community). I checked my Data connection (OKAY), Reinstalled Steam and CSGO (DONE) & reduced Resolution to 800x600. Please help me I am going nuts.

EDIT: Need a new PC I get it, no new pc no streaming. Thanks all . Any future response will be appreciated though. My Problem: Whenever I am streaming on Twitch (Trying to) my game and the Stream Lags like hell. I am currently working on an open source school management software called Fedena for a small school in my neighbourhood as a charity. I managed to do most of the tasks but there is a plugin known as Wicked_pdf for generating pdf reports such as fee receipt for the students, which I don't have any idea about. I just have to make a small change in the receipt (if I knew wicked_pdf it would have been butter). Anyone, please help me.

So I installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 N and resulted in having my Laptop screwed Up. Whenever I am trying to Play a video file or open my camera this error pops up . (Image Attached) The Link in Camtasia Takes me Nowhere.

Guys The FPS count for CS GO is too low BUT Lag is minimal on High setting. 20-30 FPS but sometimes I don't know why it goes 65. Yup 65

Never Counted but, let me see now (counting). What I mostly meant was without LAG.

CS GO Runs without any LAG at Higher Settings DUDE on my PC. So, you might be having any problem.

Malwarebytes has finished scanning now just the hitman remains . I am going to do a full windows defender scan of the C drive'

The only visible problem I have right now is ABNORMAL CPU usage. (70-90% idle), usually, it's just less than 10%.
