  5. so I have to plug in nothing but the gpu to get the fan running and monitorable? @W-L
  6. @W-L Where did you find that the gpu fan on the raidiator was powered by the gpu power connector. I did not see this and since it is powered by the gpu power connector i have no reason for a splitter.
  7. @W-L so as long as they are 120mm fans it should be fine correct? the case with the GPU and CPU cooler will have 3 120mm fans and 1 140mm fan. would i want to do 2 120mm fans on the splitter? also can you link a decent splitter?
  8. @W-L Wont a fan splitter make it so i cant run fans at full speed? also can you link the grid+v2?
  9. My board (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132954#) has a 2+1 case fan connector and my case (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352062) has 2 fans in it already. I wiant to add this GPU and This CPU cooler (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181010) (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487266) I want to monitor all 4 fans. How can i get another fan connector that can be monitored without splitting and losing power. (Im new to building and just want to make sure all parts will go together the first time.)
  10. I will be getting an S340 case and this mobo ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming/AURA LGA 1151 Intel Z170 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 USB 3.0 ATX Motherboards - Intel The case comes with 2 fans but I have no clue where to plug in the other 2 for the h100i because i only see 2 case fan 4 pin connectors.. I am new to PC building and just need to know how to plus in the other 2 fans.
  11. @Thinkfreely G sync would be nice but is not required. Other than that no other reqs
  12. I play everything from multiplayer to single player. I like to play competitively so 144hz is preferred. I have a gtx 1070. What is a solid monitor around the 350-350 mark. also at 1080p what is better 24" or 27"?
  13. Im sorry. I was referring to the Scythe cooler.
  14. So basically get this and some low profile ram and i should be fine? @WoodenMarker
  15. @WoodenMarker So all of those only come with one fan. Will that provide enough cooling or would adding another fan help?
  16. @WoodenMarker I live in the US. I have a microcenter close by but i would prefer to buy online. I just wants a solid cooler for a decent price.
  17. For my first PC build i have been recommended to do an AIO cooler by very many people, but I have also gotten people who say that air will do just fine as long as i dont mind about size/ looks as much. I am going for a black box computer so looks have no meaning to me. I do not foresee myself overclocking a huge amount (I will be going with a i7 7700k). I strictly want to know 1. How much more performance will i get out of an AIO vs an Air cooler and 2. What is a solid Air cooler in the $50-$70 price range. (The AIO i was looking at was the H100i v2)
  18. Can you post a link to one? i cannot find a H100i GTX on newegg. says its out of stock.
  19. I am looking into my first computer build and i am a bit worried because i am looking into getting the NZXT s340 case and having the H100i cooler. What i want to know is there any extra cables or anything that i will need to connect the fans to the mobo. I am really confused and i havent found many videos that go throgh a step by step process of plugging in all of the cables.
