I'm building my first PC and I'm confused to buy a GPU some says the Rx 460 and some says GTX 1050 tell me the best for 400$ PC

But the big problem is the Price in my hand I have only 20000rs in India and us price is 300$ and I'm getting 4core in future I'm need a PC only for gaming and I'm also waiting for am4 I'm not buying anything without being sure

Seeing the benchmark I'm thinking to get A8 7600 because the apu is good for gaming and the price is cheap 7000rs
