  1. Thanks Got any suggestions for cables or mice?
  2. And I picked the i5 because the build is mainly for gaming and didn't see much point in getting an i7 as most of the games i play wont use more than 4 threads anyways.
  3. I can get the 7700k and keep the build the same it doesnt have a set budget. But as the pc is going to be on my desk and Im going going to see it basically evryday aesthetics are a big part for me so Im not bothered about the value of RGB ram. The reason the build is RGB is because I want to change the colours depending on my mood, which is why I tried to pick very neutral parts with RGB accenting for example, the mobo i picked is because it doesn't have a lot of tacky plastic shrouding and has the features i actually care about.
  4. Partslist: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/hell0-world/saved/G6vD3C Thought it was time to upgrade from sandy bridge, so here's an RGB themed build. (Will not be left in rainbow cycle) It's not complete as I'm still unsure of a few parts. Stuck between the Gskill Trident Z RGB ram and the upcoming Corsair Vengeance RGB set, however both only come in sets of 8GB sticks so I'm unable to do 4x4GB to fill all the ram slots which is tempting me to get a 32GB set... Im planning on getting sleeved cables for the build as well but still unsure on the colour (White, Black or White/Black) And I want to replace my mouse to a wireless mouse as the cable drag really annoys me, but I do want my peripherals to match but unfortunately the razer mamba is the most comfortable design for me and I really enjoy the lighting, however razer synapse is complete shit and corairs mice offering is really underwhelming, logitech has some that I enjoyed using such as the G900 but I really enjoy my K95 RGB (tempted to switch out to the K95 RGB Platinum but haven't used Cherry MX Speed switches before) and they dont really match aesthetically. Any suggestions are welcome and I'm very open to changing the build. I'll use this for gaming, consuming media and some programming in C#/VB/Python.
