Hey everybody! So I have the meta quest 3 . I want to get into PCVR however I do not know how much VRAM would be overkill or not enough. I want something that is at least equivalent or better than the standalone quest 3 . I do not care about playing at max settings. My current build is an oldie. 1080ti with a ryzen 2700 and 32 Gigs of ram. I would assume by now I should upgrade and if so to what? Thank you . I’m open to building a pc myself or getting any prebuilds under 800 if possible

Hey everyone! Don’t mind the wiring I’m still working on that at the moment the station is under construction! Lol but my cat loves sitting next to my PC when I’m not around and I always fear hair getting inside even though it is well filtered. I need advice on stuff to put there just to avoid her sitting there anymore. Lol

I’m not looking at a specific headset but I’ll check out what you suggested to me. I have a pair of wireless ps4 platinum 7.1 headset I haven’t used yet. Would those be good enough or can I do better?

Sooooo I know nothing about the world of Audio so please bare with me lol I’m fully aware that current motherboards have sound boards for our headphones, but I’m looking for a much better sound experience for gaming. Not saying what I have no me is bad but I’m willing to shell out cash for a much better crisp sound quality. When I saw the EVGA Nu audio sound card it got me into looking deeper into this. So I just want to be steered in the right direction whether if it’s getting an amp/dac or simply buying a better pair of headphones. (Mic not needed). So thank you in advance for your help

Hey everyone, so my build is fairly new (about 3 weeks old), and i went home today to boot up my system and it wont post. Everything turns on except the RGBs on the motherboard. The LED on the front panel has the cpu LED on and will quickly switch to DRAM for a milisecond then back to CPU every few seconds. Ive tried: -taking one stick of ram out, vice versa, even in different channels -replacing the power supply (originally 550, new one is 650) -taking out the gpu to use on board graphics -reset CMOS What else should i try? Build: ryzen 7 2700 gigabyte gaming 3 motherboard 16 GB trident z rgb ram 650 watt psu 1080ti

Hi , so i made a post the other day about upgrading from my i5 7600k to the i7 8700k but i think i am better off going with ryzen. Should i save my money and get the ryzen 7 1700x instead of the 2700x? It would save me $90. My current cpu is paired with a 1080ti (yea i know an i5 with a 1080ti) lol

I have that cpu with a 1080ti and its fine. Id def get the 1080ti forsure
