I'm from the US, and weight doesn't matter. It will be plugged in mostly and at a table. Standard 15' or smaller or bigger, display size doesn't matter. But what does matter is the picture quality of the display. Something with true color, no faded or washed out colors.

Alright, although I love building desktop computers, finding laptops isn't something I am very good at. So let me explain what I am looking for, and I hope I can get some good results! Price range: I can go to $1000, but below that would be good. What I'll use it for: Basic gaming (like classic stuff, or at best halo CE. Anything with 2GB video ram would be good i think.) Watching videos Listening to Music Digital art/ Animation Basic Office Work (I type up a lot of documents believe it or not) Web Browsing Programming I don't want to lose speed, I would like something that can multitask pretty well and has a nice display. Something that when I am doing digital art I don't have to check and make sure its a right shade of color. It sounds like a simple order, I just can't tell what exactly I need. My current laptop is a Lenovo W520 that I bought from a friend a while back for about $100, so that's about all I have. Any suggestions?

Wait, so its not supported but it is supported? I'm a little confused with this article. MGSVPP wasn't allowed to be streamed until a week or two after release so maybe this is the same problem. However I imagine it would still be able to stream over console anyway.

Im not much of a debater. I'll have to take your word for it. When I go to make a ryzen build I'll usually do the research before purchase. But I thank you for the advise though.

Not a bad build. However if you're going to use this for gaming then you might want to go with the gaming edition of ryzen. Another thing, get an SSD for your operating system and important files while using the baracuda drive for your games. Otherwise not bad.

Take out all but one stick of RAM then try booting it like that, if the same thing persists then switch the RAM sticks around. If nothing happens then try pulling out the GPU and use the mobo's internal graphics. If that doesn't work then test your power supply and make sure it is supplying power all through out. If none of that is the problem then its time to get a new mobo. Is there anything you're not telling us? Like if you had an electrical storm, bad surge protector, something along those lines? Anyway the best practice is to remove and see what works. if something does work then add to it until the problem happens again. Be sure to use anti-static measures. Don't want to destroy any more components.

I'll be honest. If you're wanting a computer for low end gaming and to start learning programming then you're probably going to have better luck going to a pawn shop or your local retail store and buying a computer from there instead of building one. Now if you're looking to build a computer still for under $250 then you're going to have to make some serious sacrifices. You could get a decent graphics card for about $75 and that's a good start. So browse around ebay and find some parts. You might be able to do something with that. So okay, i'll assume that you want CHEAP AS POSSIBLE. So i'm going to exclude a windows operating system. Use linux instead for this build (especially if you're learning programming). I am currently on a Lenovo Thinkpad W520 that I purchased for $80 from a friend. It was broken and I fixed it. CPU fan was shot. Just ordered a replacement and fixed it up. So far, if you're not putting it in an oven and taking proper care of it, Lenovo does offer pretty impressive Desktops and Laptops!
