  1. It looks pretty good, WQHD 165Hz seems solid, but it is a TN panel... do you know how it handels colours?
  2. Thank you for the recommendation. Here in Austria, prices are a little different, the cheapest 2080s start at € 640-660 while the 2070 super is around € 530-550.
  3. Since Nvidia decided to support freesync (more or less) I am happy with either, but I am using a 2070 Super
  4. Hey everybody, so, with the launch of RTX Super, I am finally upgrading to 1440p 144Hz. I am not really knowledgeable when it comes to displays, I am currently gaming on a TN Monitor and I am quite unhappy with colours, contrast etc... (AOC G2460PF) Has TN gotten better ever since 2015? I only had some cheaper IPS panels, which had major Backlight bleed, so I concerned this will happen again. With VA, I have no experience whatsoever... I have already looked at some displays, price range would be up to something like €500-550 (european pleb here). What are your opinions on the following? https://geizhals.at/msi-optix-mag271cqr-9s6-3fa75t-003-a1985890.html?hloc=at&hloc=de https://geizhals.at/dell-s2719dgf-210-aqvp-a1909292.html?hloc=at&hloc=de https://geizhals.at/gigabyte-aorus-ad27qd-a1966966.html?hloc=at&hloc=de These would be one IPS, VA and TN panel from various prices, MSI seems good for the price, DELL has great colours when it comes to reviews but it is TN, and the gigabyte is hella expensive... Thank you guys for your help!
  5. Hey Guys, I am looking into upgrading my rig with a new Ryzen 3xxx CPU, just like many of you are I will be most likely buying the 3700X and I would like to get the most out of PBO. Currently I am looking at the MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC, but I am not sure if the VRMs are good enough to handle the 8-Core overclocked. If they aren't, would the X470 GPC be a better choice? Do you have some sleek alternatives? Thank you guys!
  6. Hey Guys, I do not know if this is the right thread, but I will give it a shot. so I have some issues with my current setup: Intel Xeon E3 1240 V3 16 Gb DDR3 1600 RAM Asrock H87 Pro 4 Asus Strix GTX 1070 Windows 10 64 bit basically, whenever something is playing audio (videos, games, music) every few seconds it stops for a moment, similar to frame skipping in video games. I have tried uninstalling every driver, updating everything, but the issue still persists. The strange thing is that only the sound stutters / lags, not the program itself, there are no FPS drops or similar things... Help would be much apprechiated
  7. I think I'll ask my dad if he got some stuff in the garade, hopefully i will find something, if not i will use my bare spit to make it sit
  8. I had one in my system, but since i changed my PSU i am missing my molex connector for it, and i cant find any sata-powered ones, but i could get an adapter Also the adhesive was absolute crap ^^ It makes me sad that mine came without a remote, but it only cost me 5€ In my eyes this one looks pretty solid tho, considering it costs like three times as much: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B0046Y1622/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3JWKAKR8XB7XF Thank you for your help btw, i decided to not buy the Riings, i will keep my be quiet shadow wings where they belong
  9. Thank you very much for your reply and the tips, next time i will definately make it better Thats basically the worst thing that could have been... but it think those fans look amazing, do you personally know a good alternative to them? I've heard that the Corsair ML Pro in red would be pretty loud tho... PS.: I dont need RGB, i would prefer some simple Red with PWM-Controlling
  10. Dear forum, it is my first entry here, so please dont blame me for any mistakes i make So, first of all, i own an NZXT S340 and i am planning to use the riing RGB fans as an intake. I am looking at buying the 3-pack, because then i could mount two as an intake and i would have one spare fan left. So, if i want to put it on my CPU-heatsink, i would have to connect it to the splitter that is included, but then i couldnt control my CPU-fan individually, but if i connected it to the MB, i could change the speed without a problem, but how would the lighting react? Would there even be any light? I really dont wanna buy 3 individual fans / 3 pack +1 fan because it would be 20€ more expensive just to have one more small controller... Thanks for any help! Have a nice day ~ CheeZe
