  5. Hi Guys, I have a dual Xeon E5507@2.27 Ghz, foxconn 02010he00-600-g motherboard setup with 8 PC3-10600R 1333Mhz frequency. I have a few questions about this setup. I do need help as I am just a computer hobbyist and not an IT person. My questions are: 1. Does anyone know how to oveclock my dual Xeon E5507@2.27 Ghz on this board? I saw someone has the same motherboard paired with two Xeon E5640s and he says he was able to turbo to 2.9 Ghz. (see link below) 2. How can I make my computer use all of the 1333Mhz? On the Bios it says I got 800 Mhz and on CPu- z my Memory Specs are as follows: 3. Is there anything else I can adjust to maximize gaming performance as this is a budget gaming rig? Type: DDR3 Size: 8182 Mbytes Channel#: Single NB Frequency: 1599.2 Mhz DRAM Frequency: 399.9 Mhz FSB:DRAM: 2:6 CAS#Latency(CL): 6.0 clocks RAS#to CAS#(tRCD): 6 clocks RAS#Precharge(tRP):6 clocks Cycle time (tRAS):16 clocks Row Refresh Cycle Time(tRFC):44 clocks Command Rate(CR): 1T Hope someone can help me out with my questions. Many thanks in advance to those who will answer.
  6. oh ok! thanks very much guys for answering! Do you guys think my budget octacore setup is good enough not bottleneck a GTX 1060?
  7. Hi Guys! I really want to OC the CPUs of my budget build but am not tech savvy enough to figure out how to do it safely on my own. If anyone can perhaps guide me that would be much appreciated. It's a dual quad Xeon E5507 2.27 Ghz build (so 2 quad core CPUS in one Foxconn 02010HE00-600-G Motherboard According to CPU-Z, my American Megatrends BIOS version is 2.15.A04 although I believe it is 1.24.1115 when I checked by going into it (1.24.1115 is indicated on the lower left hand side of the BIOS screen). I already went to the Foxxconn website and did not find any information at all.. am also having a tough time looking for information on American Megatrends website for my extremely old BIOS version. If someone has already figured out how to do this please post here. Thank you in advance to those who will reply.
