or cant my RAM keep up with bf1? should i upgrade or buy RAM with higher frequency?

well the cpu is always 90-100% and the gpu 100% in some games as i said. i tried to crank up the scale resolution in bf1 and i got 100% usage and the fps is rly low. now i dont know what to do else

Hi so first of all i have a prebuild system with a i5 6500, 8 gb ddr3 1600mhz, 600 watts power supply and a gtx 960. now i switched to a gtx 1060 6gb and its actually alright. when i play bo3 cpu and gpu usage are around 90-100% and in other games like bf4, conan exiles. but when i play gta 5 or bf1 i only get around 60-75% usage. I even maxed out some settings to reach 100% but nothing helps. in nvida control panel i set power to max preferred power and the cpu too. and ytubers who build PCs have the same cpu and gpu and also the same amount of ram and their benchmarks are miles away than mine. so is there any setting i can change or is there any component that would bottleneck? i also turned vsync off and played around in the nvida control panel so im not that stupid any help is appreciated and is there also any bios option i should change after putting in new gpu? drivers are up to date

but keep in mind that i only have a 1080p monitor. so aryzen/vega pc would be overkill too

will godd cooling be enough to keep the temperatures of amd products low?

i never had any amd products in the past and i heard they get really hot and need more watts. but will it be enough if you have have good cooling?

i just heard few things about it but i dont know when they come out and how much they'll cost. and how is their performance? are they better or just good value?

hi guys. right now im in a situation where i cant really decide what to do. there 2 builds with almost the same price like 1300€ so the first build is with a gtx 1060 and with all the premium stuff (liquid cooling, many case fans...) ---> https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/Q8GRCy and the second with a gtx 1070 with more budget cooling ---> https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/z8DLf8 and i only have a 1080p 60hz monitor so the 1070 would be a waste but i just want to play smooth all the time so i dont need a 144hz monitor. just smooth gameplay. any reply is appreiciated
