Its 62

So, I just got some parts for my new pc and I built it, but when I try to turn it on only the fans start spinning and everything lights up, but there is no signal on the monitor, the motherboard says error 62. I tried everything (replacing ram, removing and placing back cmos battery, tried using on-board graphics and the GPU, I triple checked every connector,...) and I still dont know whats causing the problem, I dont know if the error is in the components themselves (are they broken?) or i just screwed up something, I really dont want this to fail because I spent around 3k on this computer. I will put a picture of my build at pcpartpicker. PLS HELP

the only way to update the bios is the put the bios on a usb put that usb into the computer and click the flashback button, but i tried it and it doesnt work, the only thing is it looks like its doing nothing when i press that button...

already tried form the flashback , but the problem is I cant boot up into bios, it simply says no signal on the monitor.
