Will this board be good for overclocking?

Will not be doing sli. And I can't see myself using more than 32Gb.

I have an I5 7600k which I will be upgrading my rig with soon. But I'm not sure which motherboard or memory to buy. And am hoping someone could give me some suggestions. I use my PC primarily for gaming, and am wanting to keep overall cost down. It does not need to be rich in features. I will want something that won't hinder my ability to overclock though.

One concern i have is I'm wondering if the difference in response time between TN and IPS makes much of noticeable difference for gaming?

Hi recently i have been looking at purchasing a new 1440p Monitor. Ive been looking at either Acer XB271HU or Asus PG279Q I just wanted to hear others opinions on these, or will gladly take suggestions of other monitors.
