  1. So this is the weirdest thing i've had happen to me in a long time on my pc. I dont know what caused it, only that it started happening recently, Certain things i'm trying to install on my pc are getting stuck and infinitely installing like i have no room on my hard drives but yet i do. An example of this is i bought express vpn and have had it "installing" for the past hour and a half now and its not budging past 90% and i thought this was a one off problem with this software but its not because i just purchased mount and blade bannerlord on steam and it also downloads fine but when it gets to the first time setup installation process it gets close to the end and just stops installing and closes the process entirely. Im really stumped and dont want to bring my pc to geek squad and get charged 100 dollars for something thats probably a simple fix. EDIT: Bannerlord actually completes the installing microsoft VC reddist and then nothing happens. (leading me to believe that theirs an error somewhere) ive tried installing both of these to each drive to no avail. I was in an email conversation with Express VPN and they did reccomend me to REINSTALL .net framework or run themicrosoft .net repair tool i did and had these changes reccomended to me, Im not sure if any of this helps you slooths out there but im trying to be as informative as possible. this is driving me absolutely nuts trying to figure out why things arent installing on my pc. or maybe its just a coencidence that just these 2 things so happend to not install back to back, im not sure. but im asking for help
  2. Would it even be possible to have the same sharp image as 3840x2140 if you had 3840x1600 i feel like it wouldnt be as stunningly sharp.
  3. Im not super knowlegable on 4k displays other than TV's and i know some TV's Advertise they are 4k but arent true 4k (mostly the cheaper tvs you can get on amazon and stuff) but i was for some reason thinking that ultrawide 4k resolution just didnt exsist yet it was only 2k was the highest you could get up to. im trying to get into 4k gaming without ruining my immersive big monitor expirence as well im trying to research all i can before i drop an arm and a leg on one ya know.
  4. I have an ultrawide monitor now and i got a new rig basically i have an i9-9900k, And a 2080ti but im still playing at normal ultra-wide resolution (2560-1080) ive been waiting and waiting and relentlessly researching monitors but the only Viable 4k Gaming monitor on the market seems to point to the: https://www.amazon.com/Swift-PG27UQ-G-SYNC-Gaming-Monitor/dp/B07F1VGGLK/ref=sr_1_6?crid=1V5284AY8WZSW&dchild=1&keywords=asus+rog+pg279q&qid=1584738653&sprefix=asus+rog+pg%2Caps%2C135&sr=8-6 Asus ROG Swift PG27UQ but my issue with this monitor is its too tiny for me. I like my monitors bigger like in the 34" range. Is there an ultra-wide thats literally just a 4k ultrawide in the works yet that anyone knows about? Or even just a big 4k monitor thats TRUE with a good refresh rate? Last time i checked it was either 4k or ultrawide. The only median is 1440p i think (when it comes to ultrawides, however i could be wrong pls dont flame me : ^ )
  5. Boys im in the market for a Curved Ultrawide 4k Monitor with a high refresh rate https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0777RY75V/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 This is the best ive found so far, anyone else have any suggestions? Its gotta be : 1.) 4k 2.) Curved 3.) Ultrawide 4.) Have a Refresh Rate of at least 100hz or higher Just picked up a 2080 TI so im looking for some nice 4k gaming but ever since i got this curved ultrawide ive been spoiled and i need to have a 4k version of the one i have basically: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07L9GL6WH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  6. Id also like to note if i sit back in my chair and play how i normally do its not within arms reach.
  7. TCL P607 This is something everyone and their mother is suggesting. Im going to look into it.
  8. I seen it on amazon, but on your video you sent me everyone in the comments section are saying there are better cheaper alternatives than that TV so im curious
  9. Now they have a curved variant of this TV can i get that instead?
  10. I can save up more its not a problem. does that TV stand out from the other 4k TV's?
  11. Thank you, someone that agrees, I use a TV because I can play video games on it, become more immersed into the game itself, and then when I feel like laying in bed watching a movie I simply push my chair out of the way and crawl backward into bed and watch a movie. Im completely fine with a big TV its better than using 4 monitors stacked ontop of each other and then the screens are all seperated with lines that break your immersion. id rather just have one big screen. ive never even had problems with reading Text on my TV its absolutely fine for me. I can get a wireless mouse and keyboard too if i really wanted and lay back in bed and use my computer from there.
  12. I have about 700 in my savings, so 5-7 hundred is what im looking at
  13. Nonsense! Ive used a 49" as my monitor for years, i love it.
  14. Okay, so i'm buying a new 55" 4k TV as my computer monitor and i need to know the best really big desks that will fit one of these bad boys on there, Im looking on amazon but id like to hear from some input from everyone on here, what are some good wide desks for computer setups? gotta be at least 55" wide. more is better. I have yet to find a desk that can hold my PC and my TV lol i know its probably asking for too much i have my PC on a side table currently (See pic belowVV)
