  1. I just wanted to give a quick feedback about the Fiio E10K Olympus 2 I received and have been using for a couple days. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. Just from an average consumer, I would say the amount of power this little thing packs is great, and will definitely help you get the most of your headphones if your pc does not have enough. The bass boost feature is definitely noticeable and does not distort like most of the stock eq settings through most programs. It is very light so one thing to pick up is a command strip to keep it in place because you will end up dragging it around while wearing headphones. So if I would recommend this product, hopefully this will help!
  2. Yeah that makes sense... of I cant get my hands on them when they drop again, would you have any other suggestions in that type of headphone?
  3. Thank you! ... The Fostex look like a great contender, I will be sure to try the sennheiser's out if possible because I have tried the 598 and liked them. I think closed back are more for me due to the type of music I listen to, This has been my issue while doing research on what is good for my style of music.
  4. I am going to try my best to find somewhere to try out the different headphones, I will get back to you guys on what I end up with! Thanks for the help!
  5. hmmm not too bad, I was looking at your reviews and posts, what did you think of the p7s and crossfade wireless. I heard a lot of great things about them both
  6. Yeah for the price I liked them actually and was able to try them
  7. No big deal guys haha, point is I like the m50 and not the beats so much! I just want recommendations and he gave me one haha
  8. I will be sure to take a look at the 700s if I get the chance!
  9. Interesting. How would you say the bass response hold up? would they be good for my style of music?
  10. Got those for my brother and not a big fan personally, thanks for the recommendation though!
  11. Thank you, my pc is great for gaming... not so much for the audio side of things
  12. I know... You guys must get sick of all the same headphone questions, but I do not have any high end audio stores near me and need a few recommendations. I am looking for new headphones because I want to upgrade from my audio technica m50s and shure se215 in ears. I am setting the budget at $400 to start. I listen to a lot of hip-hop, r&b, EDM and some alternative, so bass is definitely important. Does not have to be overpowering just tight, deep (pause on that) and punchy. Wireless would be nice as well, but is not a priority. A couple of headphones I have looked into are the V-Moda Crossfade wireless, Bowers & Wilkens P7 wireless, the Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 wireless, and the Sennheiser HD8 DJ. I have heard nothing but good reviews on all of these headphones and they have the bass I am looking for as well, but if these are not worth it to upgrade over the m50s let me know! Also I have a Fiio E10K Dac/Amp if that is any help. Any help would be great! -I AM NOT AN AUDIOPHILE SO GIVE ME A BREAK
  13. I agree ^ ... used my friend's HD 598 and they are great for shooters and other games like that. For the money they are a good recommendation!
