  1. Thanks for the response guys, I agree with you that the GPU would be the most meaningful upgrade, and to be honest i dont think ill changing my CPU for while yet. As for my monitor runs at 1440p and 60hz. I find my current setup can handle it, albeit with some tweaking and occasional drops in FPS, however i feel that an update to the 2070 would improve the consistency of its performance.
  2. My current system spec is the following Cpu - Ryzen 1700x Motherboard - Asus X370i RAM - Corsair DDR4 3600mhz 16GB GPU - EVGA Nvidia 1070 I'm looking to over the course of the next few moths to upgrade both my CPU and GPU to a to the current Gen Ryzen 3700x and a Nvidia 2070. Which leads me on to my questions, which on of the two upgrades on their own will provide the most performance increase? considering that I mainly use my system for gaming and occasional uses of AutoCAD Civil 3d.
  3. Yeah i know they do, but its a very limited range and as far as I can tell non are for the AM3+ chip.
  4. Ive only just found this - http://www.tomshardware.com/news/amd-ryzen-chipset-motherboard-system,33339.html Ill have to educate myself and get back to you Lots of Unexplained Lag, it sure is exciting times.
  5. Hi guys, Just wondering if anybody had any thoughts on the possibility of future AMD Zen supporting motherboards being produced in a Mini ITX form factor? I would really like to build a mini PC, but i would rather wait and see what happens with AMD rather than buy Intel straight away.
