I heard buying electronics on eBay can be a hit or miss so that's why I'm hesitating to buy a used one on eBay at least. Also, what are your thoughts on buying electronics on eBay?

    Hi I have no ideas how to overclock CPU or anything and have watched a lot of videos still don't know what to do, i was hoping to get some help here.
