    i found the exact update that causes the problem, it's KB4100347 i uninstalled it and the spped is on 4.4 again,, here are the screenshots after uninstalling KB4100347

    i checked power plan and i changed it to high performance but it didn't help... here is aida64 screen shots for temps and clocks,,,before the update all cores were on 4.4 and temps around 65,,but after update clocks are 40 and 38 (stocks of 6850k)

    i tried all monitoring softwares i had including cpuz, aida 64 and windows' own task manager..all showing stock 3.8 GH at max load...i'm sure it's the update causing the issue cause i reinstalled windows and the speed went back to overclocked 4.4 GH and everything was normal, but i updated the windows to recent version again and as soon as i updated it the speeds went back to stock again...during these process i never changed the bios settings and it was overclocked to 4.4 all the time...

    hi everyone... i have a problem with new windows update.. my cpu is 6850k and its overclocked to 4.4 for a year now and there was no problem at all... today after new windows update, windows doesn't utilize the overclock even though the system is overclocked in bios... non of my benchmarking softwares utilize the overclock and they all ran in stock speed... did anyone have this issue? help please,thanks

    hello everyone,,, i have a problem with new tabs in windows 10,,,each time i open a new window (specially dark windows) i can see a shadow of previous other programs' window through it,,,for example i opened a command prompt window then i opened fullscreen steam app over it and now i can see a shadow of command prompt box edges through steam's window...i tried changing windows transparency settings but that was an another thing effecting taskbar and didn't solve the problem....it's really annoying, everytime i want to see a picture i can see the shadow of windows underneath it through the picture....did anyone experience this? can you help me fix this issue? cpu : 6900k gpu : 1080ti monitor : asus pb279Q windows 10 pro

    open watercooled by ek blocks for both cpu and gpu...i drained the system and stripped them off and replaced the cpu cooler by a coolermaster air cooler but didn't sove the problem...

    did that too,,,i switched the bios and clear the cmos still nothing

    the motherboard has an vga led too,,,i figured that if the problem was the gpu then the vga led would be turned on instead of cpu led the code is 00

    hey everyone my pc doesn't boot since yesterday,,,the cpu is 6900k overclocked to 4.4 and it was stable for a year... since yesterday there is no post and bios load...when turned on all fans and motherboard run but no signal to monitor...also the cpu led on motherboard is turned on... i tried swapping rams and reseating the cpu but it didn't work... does this mean my cpu is dead?

    hi everyone... i've built a new pc for myself around a year ago, there was nothing wrong with the system since first day. today my windows updated itself and during restart it went to bios...i exit the bios and restarted it and there was nothing appearing on screen... even it doesn't load the bios page...no signals to my monitor and just black... anyone knows what's the possible cause and solution? thanks when i turn the system on all fans,pump and motherboard lights are on but no signs of signal to monitor like i said.... my hardware is listed below : motherboard : asus rampage v edition 10 cpu : 6900k graphics card : 1080 ti cooling : custom open watercooled both cpu and graphics card
