I've been recommend in this forum to overclock my Gigabyte 1070 G1 Gaming using overclock 3.0 Since it's my first time, I don't know what website or what settings should I apply to avoid screwing my rig. Could anyone let me know a good article/settings? Do you like these? I've been having low fps with BF1 lately (in January and BF1 gave me 100-120 fps, but over the last couple of months Im getting 80-90 fps) Got an i7 6700K, 16 gb ram, 500 gb ssd and noctua NH-U12S.

Ok, perfect!. I've got the gpu temps at 83ºC. Should I just increase it two degrees? I've seen this post for the overclocking. Do you agree with those settings for gigabyte 1070 g1 gaming?

What temperature does change afterburner? gpu or cpu? Just to be sure, are you saying that changing the temps of whatever afterburner changes, automatically changes the other?

- What do you think of the settings of this post? Should i copy-paste them? Not to sure about 89ºC - Didnt replace my Noctua. How frequently should i change the thermalpaste? I mean, i've got the pc 5 months ago. - What temperatures do you think i would get with an h110?

- What do you mean by GPU boost 3.0? increase the mhz in +3 using afterburner? - just bought the i7 6700k this january so i cant afford a change (and the thermal paste should be ok, shouln't it?) - using a noctua a NH-U12S, should a corsair h110 will significantly help me?

This is playing BF1 after half and hour (last game). What do you mean by thermal headroom? Like it can run way hotter? This is playing in and SSD (samsung 850 500gb) and no, plenty of free space (more than half the disk). The monitor is exactly the same and gefore experience remain the same. Do you think the processor maybe overheating and i'd need a water cooling system? The ambient temps are 25-27ºC.

I got my new PC in January and BF1 gave me 100-120 fps, but over the last couple of months Im getting 80-90 fps and I don't know why. Got a nvidia 1070 g1 gaming, i7-7700K (not overclocked yet), noctua NH-U12S. CPUs temps are 84-87ºC. Also, samsung ssd 850 500 gb. What's wrong with my system? Is it the noctua? Hi! I've just got a new Gigabyte 1070 G1 Gaming and both the Gigabyte and Fan Stop signs are lighted, is that normal? Should it only be lighted the gigabyte sign and not the fan stop sign? Is there a problem? Thanks a lot!

I've been doing some research, and it'd be my first really good monitor. I don't know if I'll be able to tell apart the 144hz, but what do you recommend? 60hz? this one: AOC E2476VWM6?

I was thinking of getting the EVGA SuperNOVA G3 550W 80 Plus Gold Modular instead, but in the end, it's just 10€ cheaper. Do you recommend any other? What do you think of the monitor?

Disappointed by the price of Kaby Lake, so I think I'll get this rig this weekend (my first). I'll use it mainly for productivity, watching tons of series and playing mainly BF1, BF3 and Forza. Can't seem to find the NH-D14 in my store, but would the Noctua NH-U12S fit? I've seen recommend it here, and it costs 60€ Do you think it'd be a better choice?
